How quickly will you reply?
We answer every enquiry. In the ordinary course of things that is within one working day — sooner on WhatsApp. If you have not heard from us, check your spam folder and then chase us; we would rather be chased than lose your message.
Can I book without paying now?
Yes. This website takes no payment and collects no card details. You submit a request, we confirm availability and the price in writing, and payment is arranged after that.
What information helps you answer fastest?
Your dates and how flexible they are, how many of you there are and the ages of any children, where you are staying, and what you are hoping to see. With those four things we can usually give you a real answer in one reply instead of three.
Do you arrange trips that are not listed on the site?
Often, yes. The site lists what we run regularly. If you want something else on this coast, ask — we will either arrange it or tell you honestly that someone else is better placed to.
